Finding Your Tree Spirit

To find ones Tree Spirit you need to start by walking through the woods. Find a younger tree as an older one tends to be bitter. Though not all older tree spirits are that way. Some older tree's will call to you and help you. The younger tree is more open to listening and helping you. What I did was walk through the woods genitally touching each tree as I went. When I found one that I felt a connection with. What it felt like was a vibration kind of like feeling the life in the tree. Try talking to the tree and see if you sense a reply. You need your third eye for this at least that's how I did it. I could see her spirit and that she was friendly and wanting to listen and help me. I sit by her for hours talking and listening. To hear the spirit in the tree you must really listen to the tree spirit. You may be able to hear the spirit talking to you through the wind. As they use their leaves as a voice. You can also hear them by touching them, by placing your hand genitally on the tree you can feel/sense what it is they are trying to tell you.

There are many types of tree spirit most are friendly, but like I said before some tend to be bitter. I feel the ones that are bitter have had some human do or try to do something bad to them. If you feel drawn to an older tree try to see if you can connect to it. You may be surprised to find out what it can teach you. Just because it is older does not mean you can't connect or learn from it. Please make sure you keep an open mind when your trying to find you tree spirit it will make it much easier for both of you.

Great post Sue. There a lot of woods near me I can go walk through. Sometimes I do just I never go alone, and the people I am with are really noisy. ( have a lot of apology letters to write )

Thankyou for that reminder Sue. I got ridiculed for 'hugging' trees, an invigourating experience, for so long that I stopped doing it. Now I'm determined to do it again, and laugh at the people who don't understand! Nature spirits appear to me in my garden, from every kind of plant. It's so lovely to have validation of the art, so I can get on an enjoy it. I use my third eye to see them, which is really quite easy and natural. I also enjoy gazing at trees blowing in the wind until I cease to 'know' it's a tree, and then the experience is purely uncognative, spiritual and sensory. Yum yum. Thanks for the jog :-)

When I was in school, I hated the hate that the trees emited. They were cut down every so often horribly. To a point that it was almost impossible bonding with them. Most of them didn't get to trust me.

I need to find a patch of trees. do you think walking through parks with a few trees is acceptable for now?
