you can use a pendulum to check your chakras or to see if parts of the body need healing.

also you can use to as a charm and anything you can think of

Hold your pendulum very still, and ask questions. The pendulum will react. Hold it over a map, it will help you find all sorts of things. However, although I have used a pendulum at times, dowsing rods are much better!

You can do a lot with your pendulum. I use an alphabet chart with mine.You can find them free online. I have spoken to my spirit guides,deceased loved ones. Its helped me pick out ripe fruits at the store. Once I was at walmart getting vacuum cleaner bags,and did not have my size information with me. But thanks to my pendy I went home with the right bags.
They can also be programed for healing, as well as chakra work previously mentioned.

Pendulums have spirits in them, of course, like any other kind of magickal object. So, try speaking with it like a normal spirit stone, I've found that they seem to be easiest for people to connect with because they are connected to you more. Try finding out his or her name and fun stuff like that, bonding with your pendulum is a good way to get better answers as well!

I wanted to ask a question regarding pendulums in a different way but as I always do a search first, I saw that there are numerous topics on pendulums here so not to start yet another thread, I decided to pick the latest pendulumthread and ask a question aboutit in comparison to Ouija Boards.

I know there is a voluminous amount of people who are terrified of the Ouija, hate the Ouija, etc. because of how it functions, but what's interesting is that people don't have that same fear with the pendulum even though the pendulum is used in theVERY SAME WAYas Ouija in that some possibly unknown spirit sways the pendulum. Butthe pendulum doesn't seem to get the "bad rap" as Ouija Boards do.

If you have read the most recent threads regarding Ouija Boards here, you know I have no problem at all with the Ouija Board, and I also have no problem at all with the pendulum. Both can be used for answers but my question is:

If anyone reading this avoids Ouija Board, what are your thoughts about the pendulum?

How do you make dowsing rods? Are those the rods that cross each other when there is spiritual energy around?

I have also used mine to decern compass headings,find areas of injury on the body, help with healing.A pendulum is a simple yet complex tool and its uses are many and your ability to tap into the inner spirit is your only limiting factor.
