Vervain is good for healing and protection.

Vervain traditionally protects you from demons. They are said to fear it. When I made my permanent magic circle, I used a special organic paint. As as a result, I was able to add dried and powdered vervain among other things. The color wasn't changed and it has served me well since.

Vervain is often used in herbal sleep remedies, making it great for calming and sleep spells.

i find it useful in focus for me..but then again its different for everyone

Depends on tradition. But in all tradition it has two important uses,
1) Wisdom ( occult knwoledge, pass test )
2) Apotropaic ( protection and exorcism )

Often used in exorcism potions ( brews , floorwashes ) or on pass test and wisdom oil, sometimes in success formulas , such as in Hoodoo.

Allegedly it was one of the ingreditents in mythical Cauldron of Ceridwen.

Someone well sugested using it in protective Circle forming / tracing. I'd mix

Rue

First of all, if you think someone plagerized, take it to an editor or moderator and let them handle it. I do agree several parts look like they could have been, but he could have given notes from something he learned or was taught. I was accused of plagerism for a ritual I posted. I had learned it the proper way with physical practice from a teacher and decided to take notes and post it, with their permission. All people need to learn to cite their source unless directly from their head (sometimes I even state that as my source).
