Man In Evolution
This course is taken from a book by Dr. G De Purucker. It deals with the man's evolution, and the fact we did not come from Apes, but that Apes actually came from us. You will need to purchase the Book Man In Evolution by G De Purucker. You should be able to get it from The Theosophical Society in Pasadena or Amazon. This book, as stated on the cover, is directed at all who question the ape-ancestry theory, or find untenable the customary theological explanation
of man's origin. It will open your eyes to another way of looking at this theory since the time of Darwin.

"Man is his own history", physically the repository of all stocks below him, of which he is the source and not the end-on result, spiritually, the intelligence agency.: motivating and working through all forms upward evolutionary perfection.

Introduction: Invitation to the Secret Doctrine
The course deals with understanding the Secret Doctrine. It will be presented as a list of questions and assigned reading from the book The Invitation to the Secret Doctrine. If you have had difficulty understanding the Secret Doctrine, this course should be a welcome study. It is based on study notes and suggestions that Blavatsky recommended to her students.The book is a reproduction from the original Secret Doctrine. The course can be used by beginners as well as advanced, as there is no right or wrong answer. It will be a way to awaken innate psychic abilities, and to connect to that still small voice which Blavatsky called "The God within."
Books. You will need to purchase the book The Invitation to the Secret Doctrine by H. P. Blavatsky. There is no reason to purchase the original Secret Doctrine, I would suggest eventually owning the two large volumes as it is a wealth of information, but for this course it is not necessary.
Word Wisdom In The Esoteric Tradition
I remember taking this course when I started my studies in Theosophy. It was my second course after having completed The Ocean of Theosophy by William Quan Judge. My teacher was Samuel M. Range who was extremely patient with me. The course is based on class lectures by Dr. G. De Purucker. I at times felt while reading the book and answering the questions that I was indeed in a lecture hall with one of the greatest Theosophists and head of the Theosophy Society at that time. I hope you enjoy the course as much as I did, and many thanks to the TS Society, Samuel M. Range and Dr. G. de Purucker, who I felt was watching over me at the time, and still does. The book includes such subjects as Theosophy, theology, physiology, dogma, nature, world, cosmos, universe, pleroma, microcosm, macrocosm, monotheism, polytheism, pantheism, atheism, paganism, heathenism, fate and free will, heavens and hells, necromancy and occultism, metempsychosis, and reincarnation. There are subjects such as the Kabbalah, the Talmud, the Babylonian Gemara, and Christianity. References and quotations are give from the Hebrew, Greek, and early Christian writers and historians.
You will need to purchase the book Word Wisdom in the Esoteric Tradition by G. de Purucker, it is available at Amazon, or through the Theosophical Society San Diego, California.
The Ocean Of Theosophy
This book will introduce you to Theosophy in a very simplistic way and easy to understand.
The Voice Of The Silence
This book has been my nightly companion for the past twenty years. It is a simple little book, but filled with such beautiful words that one can not help feeling they are in the presence of the Masters. Every page is full of metaphors, Terms that say one thing and mean another. You will find as you read and answer the questions, your inner light and third eye will begin to shine and open. The Book: You will need to purchase the book The Voice of the Silence by H. P. Blavatsky. There are two versions and the pages may not be the same as my book, which is very old, but I have allowed for that in the course. What you must understand is most of the answers will come from yourself, after reading the Lessons, as stated before there are no right or wrong answers , only what you feel in your heart, so let that still small voice guide you.
