Making Psi Ball

Hello! This shall be the first post where I share my knowledge with everyone. Honestly, I do not know much but I will try my best. I may be wrong in some parts, but it is my own personal opinion and others may have different views. So here goes~ please note that I am typing the informations below from my memories, so I may make a few minor mistakes with the sentence or words. Please forgive me.

A psi ball is basically a region, or a ball, concentrated with psi energy. It is simple to make one and beginners should start with this. A psi ball doesn't necessary have to be a ball shape. It can be any shape you want but a ball is the easiest shape to visualize.

Start by sitting comfortably in a position where your feet is in contact with the ground. For psi ball, you can use either the energy from your own body or you can borrow it from the earth. The earth have plenty of energy so feel free to borrow it. If you are taking energy from the earth, visualize roots from your feet planting themselves in the ground, reaching deep into the earth's core. Draw the earth's energy by visualizing them flowing from the earth and into your feet, from your feet to your whole body. Do this until you think you have sufficient energy.

Cup both hands together, like as if you are holding a ball. Visualize the psi ball in your hand, all the details and colours and shape. Transfers the energy from your body to your hands and let the energy flow out from your palm. Imagine the energy coming together to form the psi ball in your hands. You will feel your hand getting hot or a tingling feeling. How do you know if you have successfully make a psi ball? You will be able to feel the psychic energy in your hands.

After you have mastered the above, you can use your creativity to expand on the psi ball. You can draw energy from other bodies like the sun, moon or other planets. You can also make your psi ball hotter or colder, and you can even expand them or compress them. So far, I haven't been able to see my psi ball. Some people can make their psi ball visible.

Psi ball don't have much uses. It's just a ball of psi energy. But it helps to improve your visualizing skills and energy skills. It is possible to shoot the psi ball at others, but they won't feel much. I haven't experimented much on psi ball yet. But it's up to each individual's creativity on how they play with the psi ball.

I am sorry if this isn't very good. I really did try my best. And it is one of the few things I have sufficient knowledge about. Psi ball is fun and doesn't need much skills. An inexperience person can create one quite easier.

Now, I just wanted to add a few of my notes since I have make the psiball many times. As you proceed in making a psiball I would highly recommended having a clean aura as well [that's just me though] ^_^

Mother Earth is an abundance source of energy but remember to always give back what you have taken from her. Even if it's negative energy, she will turn it into something positive. Also energy doesnt necessary have to come from earth, sources of energy can include: water, wind, music, plants, emotion...etc You simply have to pick a source that you're comfortable drawing from

When you say:

- I would disagree, psiball is the basic and first step into creating your servitor. Theyre are like bundle of energy that has specific purpose. Like you said a psiball doesnt have to be in the shape of a ball, the servitor can take a form of an animal. One should name their servitor so you can call on them when you wanted to. You dont want to give them a common name, I would suggest give it a first and last name something that reflect what the purpose of it was. I have one just to guard my book of shadow, I leave it in plain sight and people does not notice my BoS. I also have a darker one to follow my kids around and protect them

It is possible to shoot the psi ball at others, but they won't feel much
- you said that you know you have succesfully make a psiball when you be able to feel the psychic energy in your hands. Well if you're able to feel this then why shouldnt the other people feel it too? unless psiball is just a figment of one person imagination therefor the other person doesnt see or feel it. did you "program" your psiball correctly? Not that I would suggest throwing it at other people, just because they dont "physically" turn around and take notice, their body might not be ready to receive the extra energy thus it can bring harm to other people. This doesnt mean all energy manipulation skill shouldnt be transfer to another person, in reiki healing it mainly use energy and visualization techniques

There are really many ways in making Psi Balls and what I've learned is that when making Psi Balls, it's best to find your own way in doing them instead of from thw one you where taught. It gives it a form of personality instead of just following instructions. Also, another way I've created Psi Balls was with emotion. The way I do it is recall memories that raise that emotion and I naturally feel the energy of it and place it into a normal Psi Ball and I usually test it with throwing it at a person and you can see it in their faces if the ball does contain the emotion but there are ways into just putting the energy of the emotion into the psi ball. One other useful way I've been using Psi Balls are in healing. To do this simply make your Psi Ball from energy from the Earth and visualize it as a white healing energy. Once you have your white glowing psi ball, program your psi ball then ease it into the place where you (or another) feel(s) pain. ~Rozel*

I'm sorry for my mistakes!! But I know I'm probably one of the least experienced person here. But I'm thankful that you guys added on to the informations and corrected my post. The websites I went to only teach me how to make a psi ball, not use one. But oh my gosh! A psi ball can do so much?? I so gonna try it!!

It honestly depends on how you work. Definitely start with this technique but don't worry about changing it to fit you. When I visualize it, I draw it from my own energy and make it in one hand, but it started with two. So I repeat, change the technique if you need to!

I'm surprised no one else mentioned this. PSI balls can be used to transfer energy to others. Depending on the potency and strength and how much energy is in the ball dictates how much the receiver will feel. A general psi ball is pretty weak so they may feel a slight shiver and a little bit more energy, but if it's strong enough they will feel more energized and active. It's not permanent, as obviously energy is continually used and circulated, but it helps. It's also a step in the right way to energy healing, as it is definitely related to energy transfer.

Oh I also forgot, you can also feel the psi ball if you can compress the energy enough. It's not completely solid but you can definitely feel it.

Since it is energy, you can also change the color and purpose of it just like shields. I don't really do this since I prefer to just use energy without forming it into a ball but you can do this. Like Kaidia said, she has a "darker" one, which is obviously darker energy. Colors and purposes depend on the user and their intent. Going from this, you can also start a shield this way, creating a psi ball then expanding it to a bubble for a shield.
