Review

I am starting to become interested in astral projection and wanted to read up on it. I found a book called Out of Body Experiences by Robert Peterson. I wanted to know if anyone has read it before and if they could write a short review of it. I have read a few reviews of it, and I wanted to see what more people think before I read it.

I have not read the book that you mentioned. I have, however, read the book Astral Dynamics - A New Approach To Out-Of-Body Experience by Robert Bruce. Bruce goes into deep detail on the subjects of the spirit, the astral/spirit realm, separation of the spiritual body from the physical, various ways one could project, various other techniques, energy, etc. It's a very good read. I, my self, have learned quite a bit about the subjects he talks about. It is intense, but a great book some one wanting to learn about astral projection can start with.
