garnet and racing mind?

hi, i have noticed that when i wear my necklace with a garnet stone my mind is racing during night. im thinking about everything, mostly about things that bother me but it feels different because its like im thinking about them differently, so they dont bother me but normally they would ...i dont understand that, and also im having crazy vivid dreams

hm, strange. What month were you born in? garnet may be your birthstone so you may have a connection with it. Im guessing the stone holds much energy, so thats why your mind is racing. It could be that or just a superstition. I was born In january so my birthstone is a garnet too and i feel the same way when I wear my garnet :) If its bothering you, just take it off
