AP IS HARD AS HELL

Hey please help me! I need to astral project! It's my biggest dream! I've googled it, I've tried it. But nothing works. Help!!!

well you have a strong desire, so it should work, you're probably not relaxed enough, or maybe the time is off for you. myself i have trouble projecting most days, but on Samhain when i try to fall asleep, i project whether i want to or not, it's always been like that. how long have you been trying for?

try lying on your bed [on top of your sheets] or on the floor and slowly relax, when you feel ready, visualize yourself floating to the ceiling, or sitting up [if on your bed you could try falling out of it] there's MANY methods, but you need to be really relaxed. it can day a long time, regular practice will help you. since your desire is strong, it will happen, just remember on your first projection, don't leave your room. float around a bit and get the feel for it. also, when you want to return [when you're far away] think of your room, then your body, because crash landings can be bad. a friend of mine was quickly zapped back into his body and he hasn't been able to project since [granted he stopped trying after a year, but it's been about 4 years by now.]

I would suggest trying basic meditation before you go all out and try to astral project.

You need to be very concentrated,have a strong patience and have a strong will to do it the few first times.I nearly did it once but I don't remember why I lost my concentration.

I dont know how long its supposed to take on average but I have heard people saying it took them years to astral project. How long have you been practicing magic and how long have you been attemting astral projection?

Learn how to enter a trance first. Google trances. When you master that, you'll be able to AP quickly and easily.
