Hi there, my name is 1986aries. I am new to this site. I have always been interested in magic & its practices. I was wondering if anybody on here has ever actually tried a spell that worked? Fyi..I am not interested in anything scary or evil :-)

^_^ merry meet. you mean spells on this site or spells in general that worked? i know of many people who have done both, i also have cast spells that worked. it depends on the spell really, certain spell just don't work because magic is energy found all around us in nature so it can't do certain things like change a person into anyone or anything else, teleport us, make us fly, and so on. it can help with luck, love, wealth, protection, curses, hexes, health, friendship, beauty, and many other things like that.

Welcome to SoM!

Part of working a spell, and getting it to work is will power. You have to want it enough to make it happen essentially. Now that's not to say that if you want to be president of the moon hard enough, then poof you're the president of the moon. Magick doesn't work like that. But lets say you want your soulmate to find you, and you cast a spell designed to find them, then it is possible that they will find you.

Now just because a spell doesn't work once, doesn't mean it won't work if you try it again.
