Hey, welcome to SoM! Hope you enjoy it here.

If you're new to all of this I would recommend you begin with the basics, some of the basics include:

  • Meditation
  • Visualisation
  • Centring
  • Grounding
  • Correspondences (Such as candle colours, herbs, stones etc.)
