aura pendulums

Ok, so yesterday I went to the mall (gross right? I hate the mall and came across a store called Earth bound and bought an Aura Pendulum, what exactly are they? I know to use salt and sugar pendulums but Aura pendulums, not to sure. Any help?

i've never heard of an aura pendulum myself. i know you can use one to read ones aura and react with the energy, but i think the store just wanted to make it sound mystical.
