I dont know how much use i might be but im looking for spells that actually work. Ive had little success in spell work.

merry meet, what have you studied exactly? spells might not work for a number of reasons. do you focus and charge energy? also, what type of spells do you cast? there's spells we can cast, and those we just can't because of the laws of magic. magic is energy found in nature, as suck it can't go against nature. spells to make you become something/someone else won't work, same as spells to make you fly, turn invisible, levitate, time travel, and so on won't work.

you mean 'what' is this Merry Meet?

it's just a greeting most pagans will say to others [normally other pagans though] it just means 'nice to meet you'. when you're leaving, you would say 'Blessed Be' which basically means 'good wishes to you.' they're just friendly greetings, normally used as courtesy or to be nice.
