Psi Ball Help

Id really like some help making a psi ball. I try my hardest every tine i try to make one. I take in energy from the earth and pour everything i have into trying to make one but i can never seem to get it right.

what goes wrong exactly? can you feel the energy? don't feel bad if you can't see it, many can't, if you could it would look similar to aura, a circle of light, so try to feel it and visualize it in your mind. how long have you been trying?

I feel my hands wanting to push away from one another slightly. I try to make that into my psi ball, but the feeling seems go away when i cup my hands. I?ve been trying for about a month now

the pushing is the energy, when you cup your hands [close them] it normally disperses. try sitting with your eyes closed and feel it. myself it's easier to see with my third eye, but i don't tend to see it, try to feel the energy. if you want to see it, visualize the shapes, then open your eyes and try to create them.
