Wait for an hour and delete messages in your default folder. If you have important messages then create a new folder and save them in there and delete the other messages that have no use.

Like grg said delete messages in your defauly folder, we all know people hate this communication limit thing, i like it actully because it prevents people from spamming other with mail.
