The point of Spell Casters, is that everyone is equal. Everyone can contribute spells, that is why we are all set to a council position.

you can't block people, anyone can join, anyone can leave, anyone can post anything they want, you can't stop that. you could all get together and work to educate your members. perhaps have people step up to take on certain tasks, like ranking/flagging spells, monitoring the forums, ranking/flagging articles, even teaching people through forums.

people looking down on the coven is unfair, but it can't be helped, you'll need to work on it if you want to be taken seriously. not everyone will agree [mostly fluffies] but if the majority can get the coven working together, then things can work out.
