Candles?

Merry meet, I recently started making my first set of candles (yellow/orange beeswax) and the wick isn't lighting very well, any suggestions? I have some pics in my album if you think you'll need to see them just PM me and , thanks and BB! :)

"The only way to ensure a wick works is to test it in your blend of wax, dye, fragrance etc. Different wax blends will generate different performance standards with the same wick." - Pepperell Braiding company.

The only way to really be sure that your wicks will burn right is to test combinations of your ideas. I hope this helps!

i usually just take the wicksand wax out of other old candles and mix and color the wax myself with crayons or oil pastels
