daily rutein

every morning I do the Tree of Life grounding on the bus for 10 min. (that how long it takes for me to get to school)
through the day I try to connect with energy in the room ill try to connect with air mostly and move the flag back and forth or do little psi balls after I finish my work
every night I do a chakra mediation (i.e.. Saturday- eye Sunday- crown Monday- root etc.)

im in the broom closet so no one knows im a wiccan but I don't let that stop me from learning or practicing
