Can I make an invisable PSI ball visable?

As far as seening a blue orb appear in your hands, I would say no. But you might be able to see the energy of the ball, sort of like how you can see waves of heat. (Ever looked behind a plane's jet engine?)

Can I cast fire from a PSI ball?

Unfortunatly no. PSI balls are no where near powerful enough to create fire.

Can PSI balls be used for healing?

Yes, they are frequently used for that purpose.
