I somewhat belive in magic but i need to learn how to medatate the EASTEST way possable to me can anyone help, alott of stress, anger, and depresed alott and I DO NOT what to feel that wway no more PLEASE HELP. " P.s i DO belive in god almighty "

just because you believe in God almighty, doesn't mean you can't meditate. [wanted to point that out]

i think the easiest way is to count your breaths, but it's different for everyone. find a quiet place where you can be alone, sit comfortably [you can lie down, but you don't want to fall asleep] then just say 'breath in, breath out'. meditation is about quieting the mind. [an old quote 'the mind is like a drunken monkey that's been stung by a bee'] in time you'll be able to slip into a meditative state easily, without having to repeat a line or focus on a sound [music has been used, even a metronome find what works for you] but at first, count your breaths. if a random thought pops into your head, don't get discouraged, just ignore it and think 'breath in breath out' louder. [if that makes any sense] start by trying to quiet your mind [except for your breath count] for 30 seconds. then take a break. next time you try, go for a minute, and slowly increase your time by 30 seconds. once you get to 5 minutes, you can try deeper forms of meditation.
