Is there an herbal tea to reduce the minds stress and helps to relieve anger and if so how is it made and with which herbs

Sounds like you need a nerve tonic.

Try some Chamomile blends with Vervain. Or possibly some mint blends. Something that would normally work for anxiety will work in this case.

The herbs valerian, kava, gingko, St. John's Wort, and chamomile are known to relieve stress and can be either taken as capsules or made into teas (some don't taste really good!). But before trying any of these herbal remedies be sure to check with your doctor if you are on any other medications to make certain there are no conflicts between the herbs and your meds that might be harmful. Also, most of these with the exception of chamomile should be taken only occasionally as they do have side effects that can be harmful in the long run.

Chamomile is an excellent tea for relaxation! Add lemon to it and you have the perfect tea!
