icebreaker spell?

I'm on he fence about morality of making someone love you but what about getting someone to give you a chance? Say a man clearly likes you but is too shy or stubborn to make a date? Is there a spell for that? If there is I don't see the difference between getting someone to make a move or potential employer giving you an unpaid internship before hiring you on? No?
