What are citrine and clear quartz stones supposed to feel and look like. The stones I bought feel like plastic and the citrine one is barely yellow, it's white on one side and a little yellow on the other.. I think they're fake. Even my horoscope says ''Something is fake''

I do not know how most people tell. I usually just buy from reputable sources and even then I sometimes get cheated.

the thing with natural citrine is it is exactly how you discribed. darker citrine is usually manmade heated sometimes even manmade heated amethyst. is there any way you can take a picture of them? what about them feels fake?
