Can someone curse a thing... For example a necklace to cause to the person that is wearing it bad luck?

ordinarily, people ask how to un-curse an item for their own safety after obtaining it.
i am curious as to why you want to curse an item.
or is that your intention?
because it sounds like you want to curse something and then gift it to someone.
it sounds like you are willing to spend effort, energy and perhaps money to curse someone.
i can tell you this.
the worse thing you can do to someone is to leave them be.
completely cut them loose.
i can also tell you that if you know how to bless something, then go opposite of that.
i have never consciously cursed an item with the express purpose of doing wrong to someone.
you sound like you have an enemy and want them to know it.
must be pretty bad thing to cause you to go so far.
please keep posted as to your intention and progress with your cursing an item.

Why would you want to curse an item? That Is using magic for evil you should never use magic to hurt someone

A curse is a backwards blessing. Therefore it is done the exact same way, merely with malicious intention and goals behind it instead of the benevolent intentions and pleasant goals of a blessing.

Blessing:
"May the road rise up to meet you and the wind be at your back"

Curse:
"May a cat eat you and a devil eat the cat."


Get an Irish or Italian woman riled up and you'll hear some of the most inventive curses ever! XD

As for putting it on an item. Again, curses are backward blessings. If you know how to bless, you know how to curse. You just reverse the intentions and goals from positive to negative.

Instead of wondering if you did or not, since you obviously do not have the experience to sense it yourself, just use uncrossing oil on the item and call it a day. If it was an accidental curse, it isn't strong and that should work perfectly.
