Metamorphic rock

I was camping over the summer and found a striped metamorphic rock on our camp site. Do those do or mean anything?

I don't really use or know much of magickal properties in rocks, but you can try to search it online and see how this rock can assist you in magick. I've read before that sometimes you would sense a kind of connection with rocks, any kind, and you can use that rock you formed the connection with when you meditate. Or how about take a moment to yourself while holding the rock and try to feel what kind of energy you sense through the rock, like a sense of healing or serenity maybe even a sense of exuberant energy, and whatever you feel use it for that magickal purpose.

It would depend very much on which specific sort of rock it is. Metamorphic covers a wide variety of stones, and while many stones have magical properties, what those are are dependent on the stone. Is it quartz? Is it agate, and if so which one? We'd need more information to tell you.

What does it look like? What colour is it? It's really hard to help identify and explain something when we have no idea what it is.

If you want help identifying the rock, at the very least if you could take a well-lit photo after rinsing the rock (to remove the dist, and help bring out its colors) while it is still wet, it would help greatly if you could link it here.

I just tried again and it didnt work. Im gonna describe it as a grey rock with purple stripes going across. It is not a crystal and has no smooth sides
