After effects

Okay, so I was just wondering, I just meditated for a good
while, grounded and centered, then created a psi ball.
Is it natural to feel a consistent slight buzzing feeling on the bottoms of my feet and hands? My hands also feel kinda numb and I feel as if my torso and arms are barley there(feeling like there transparent) I have to keep looking to make sure they are. Is this natural?

and as of this time that I posted this my hands and feet just feel numb. I can feel my torso but im still concerned, is this natural?

You might of charged or grounded too much energy I'm not sure which. Whenever I make psi balls my hands feel tinglie, hot, and like something is pushing against the palms.

Ok, that's good to know. I don't doubt that I either charged or grounded to much energy. I was really trying and I centered and grounded for some time. Then I made a very nice psi ball and held that for a while. So I have no doubt now that's what happened. Btw I feel fine now.

And ok, the pushing against the palms is natural then, I get that to during and after I create a psi ball.
