Begining

Hello there everyone,
My name is Marissa, and I have experienced very stressful situations and I have a very stressful life. I have tried almost everything. Almost everything. My interest has now been, to spiritual beliefs. I have gained into a very specific object. A very dangerous, yet brilliant source. The Ouija board. I get so stressed out sometimes, I never want to leave my house, some days I can not even get out of bed. I need to believe that there are other choices, and I need help to make the right one. I don't work but if there is any body else out there who an help me, please do so. Welcome, Marissa! It sounds as though you're depressed. Have you seen a doctor to get that checked up? I've had depression myself, so I definitely don't believe in spirituality or magic replacing medical science even in something as covert as an emotional disorder. In my opinion, you should seek help of a professional, sounds like you might have depression.
I think connecting to a spiritual world while under stress, negative thoughts and overall under-weather feeling is the last thing you should do.
