Blessing Objects?

Hello, I have a question I want to ask:

Is it possible to bless articles of clothing, like a scarf? The reason why I ask is because I plan on making a scarf for my little sister and I want to bless it or put a charm(sorry if I'm using the wrong terminology) on it to bring her good luck. If anyone could get back to me about this, that would be great.

Yes you can bless or charm clothing, this can be done by wishing or placing positive energy into the clothing (there could be more ways, but these are the more common for me). I use to bless my necklaces or necklaces I made for others. I actually used to do necklaces with runic symbols in them.
