For mental health

I have bipolar disorder and never trusted doctors. I was wondering if any spell can assist me. Yes, i am aware i have to make an effort too but will any spell make it at least a little easier?

Yo ! I, myself is bipolar and I don't trust most doctors. If you want you could go here (real-wishes.com) It works trust me! Though you might really have dissociative identity disorder instead of bipolar disorder. In this one you have multiple of personalities. In some cases that each personality doesn't know that each one actually exists, and in some they know. Anyway, I hope this helps! :)

There is not any spell for this. But, try meditations. It could be helpfull. See Yoga for example.

I have bi polar as well, and ever since I have started meditation, I have felt way better about myself and my situations. Even though I take medication, I feel way better after I meditate. Something that pills could not give me. I suggest you try this.
