Shapeshifting Amulet??

Is there any possible way to enchant an amulet/object to allow the wearer to shapeshift? If not I'd like a lengthy explanation as to.
On same subject, could there also be a possible way to create a shapeshifting potion to be used if above method fails...?

I'm sorry, but shapeshifting in the physical world is impossible. You cannot change your genetic code or anything like that. You are stuck human.
However, if you're talking about in the astral plane, I'm pretty sure that is very possible.

This would be a amazing sthey, if it was real. Thing is shape shifting is not real. There is however a form of, "altered stares of concious"

There is a form of astral tracel too, but you cant shift forms.

To be honest, learn the basics of magic. Go around the site, learn what magic is, and isnt.

There is no spell or magic that will permit you to physically shapeshift. No matter what method you try you will remain just as you are, a human being.
