In my opinion it's best to make it yourself, either with someone else's recipe or your own. This will allow you to put in the 'right' ingredients and also let your emotions flow into it. Are you doing this for a crush, or for a lover? I wouldn't recommend casting a love spell on someone that you're crushing on, it messes with free will and wouldn't be 'true love.'
