help with spell please

Take a piece of parchment or fine quality writing paper and inscribe the name of the target. Write it in a circle twice, so the ends meet. You write the name back to back, in the shape of a circle. Instead of writing in a straight line like we normally do, just pretend you are writing around the edge of a circle. Draw a small one for a guide if it helps :)

I've used spells to urge someone to reach out to me because it would have been strange (in the context of the situation) for me to make the first move.
