Happiness is the emotion we as individuals can only give to ourselves.
Happiness is not packaged.
Happiness is not something we can order or buy.
Happiness does not come from an outside source.
Happiness is a sentiment, an emotion, a force of energy
Always available for us to touch, feel, and self-bestow.
It is through Happiness that we can enjoy all the joys,
Pleasures and blessings that life has to offer us.
Happiness is a choice over sadness.
And as we make a conscious choice to be happy,
We are able to manifest to everything that surrounds us
Including people and the universe,
The energy of Happiness.

Respect is when you know that youre doing well and you feel as with yourself, its know how to behave at a certain moment. It is the attitude and action of human beings, not to damage himself, their peers or their environment. Respect to the greater purifies the soul.
