How to make moon water

I want to make something with moon water but I'm not shore how to make moon water do I just leave SOE water outside for a night of a full moon or what

The way I've heard it is to either put fresh water or holy/blessed water out on the window sill at night when the moon is out, especially the full moon to charge. Some would put crystals in or around the water to help it charge, but that's basically how I've heard it. Pretty simple.

You can charge any water in moon light during any part of the moon cycle. The idea is to use the corresponding moon phase in conjunction with the reason you need the moon blessed water. An all purpose moon water would be any water placed in the light of the full moon. You can choose to do this for an evening or for several evenings during the full moon portion of the lunar cycle. If you need moon blessed water to help with manifestations or magical working that draw things to you such as fertility, prosperity, protection then correlate that with the waxing moon. Leave the water to be blessed by the moon light during the growing portion of the lunar cycle. If you need moon blessed water for breaking/cleansing/removal of unwanted aspects then leave the water to charge in the light of the waning moon. The type of water one uses can vary as well. Many prefer using water collected from natural bodies of water such as the ocean, a lake, or river. You can used collected rain water as well. Rain water collected during the night will be charged with moon energy. After all the drops of water where just in the sky as close to the moon as it can get. If you don't have access to these forms you could use bottled spring water. Some will say to add salt which in some forms of magic is useful and others not so much. Salt among many things is cleansing and protective.

??!!??!! What the heck are you talking about?!? I mean Moon Water is water used by mages to make potions, It can help charge special potions too!
