Wand Tips.

I've been noticing when I look for wands online, that a lot of them seem to have very pointed tips, whereas I personally prefer flat tips. What is the difference between them, and is one better than the other. I honestly choose because of aesthetics and how I feel when it's held in my hand.

In my experience with carfting wands, I have sanded the tips down so they are smooth. But I suggest doing anything you like. The shape does not necessarily effect its ability to raise and direct energy.

When I look for wands, I look for:
1. The dullest tip.
2. The most comfortable for my hand.
And
3. Most uncomplicated.
I remember reading somewhere that sharp-tipped wands make for black magic and casting of this spell when you want to cast that spell. Also, I think that wands that are too complicated will interfere with your magic and you might not be able to cast spells that require a lot of magic.
