Spell for the rageful man

Bite your tongue
Before I bite it for you.
Cool off before I turn cold to you.
In anger, hate, and resentment you stew.
Let it go or the fates will bring you down a peg or two.
Emotions that run out of control,
Fitting rage like an outwitted troll.
May your words and your actions hang heavy on your head and weight on your shoulders the absolute dread.
Be kind to others, you will be treated kind in return.
But be rude, blunt and nasty.
You will make yourself burn
