Herkimer Diamond

I started working with crystals a few months ago and I love meditating with rose quartz. I have read a few articles on the Herkimer Diamond and recently purchased a small one. Does anyone have any experience working with this stone? I would like to know more about this stone and its power. I would appreciate any advice.

Another side effect for me,i've never seen this anywhere else,it reduced the chronic knee pain I had.
