Replacemen for a crystal?

I have read a lot about magick here and when i try to do any of the real spells on this site i always feel as if im missing something... I feel as if I need to have a crystal that hangs around my neck, i swear i feel the need to have a crystal or something to replace it until i can find one...

TL;DR I need something to replace the effect of a crystal

Unfortunatly I don't know of anything that can replace a crystal, but many can be found quite cheaply online and sometimes even in regular shops.

Is there a reason why you cannot get a crystal if you feel you have such need of one?

As was said by the previous poster, crystals can be found quite inexpensively here on this site and other sources on-line. And they are often available in local stores.

What exactly do you want the cyrstal to do? If you just need something to enhance and focus on for your spells then maybe a wand? There are also some incense and herbs that are used to to this.

Use a plain old rock. Rocks are great allies. My favorite charms are stroking stones, a simple white rock and red rock that I found myself.

You don't have to pay money for a crystal that may very well have be pulled from the earth with strip mining and done so with slave wage labor.
