A real diet spell

Can someone help me find a diet spell (if there really is any) that works? I desperately want to lose weight but no matter what I eat and no matter how much I work out I can't lose weight.

Weight spells can work alongside the correct exercise and diet but they won't work by themselves. Just with all spells they are better written by you, as you are most strongly connected with the topic
If you are struggling to lose weight then maybe think about joining a group, like slimming world or weight watchers that have diets that are proven to work and other members that can help you stick to your diet.
Other than that, simply make sure you are on a diet that actually works.

Are diet spells like spells that can help you to be like motivated to be on a diet or more likely to succeed with one? Not physicall change you or cause you to lose weight but are there spells to help keep you on track with it or up your success?
