body transform

Hi all. It seams i am stuck i am looking for a specific spell and cant find it. I am looking for a spell to transform my body to that of a Greek god. Lady's you know what i mean. All muscular and good sex appeal. Closest i found is lady killer, it just doesn't feel like the one. Please advice.

Magick won't help you only hard work and effort will get you the body you want.
You could try motivation spells to give you the push to work out more but other than that it is all effort and motivation.

That is what i am doing. Every 2 day with cardio and weight training. But cant get my body in any other shape expat bigger and harder.

As has been said before you cannot use magick to transform your physical appearance, workout and stay fit is your only option

That won't work... But you know doet is playing a very important role as well, don't you? If you want to have a nice body with abs and such, you should have a perfectly healthy diet. If you don't want to have bulk you should reduce the kilos, and perform more repitions.

My mom's a personal trainer, and she says exercise is only about 20% of it. The rest is diet. Make sure you're eating right. A high protein diet helps build muscle mass. However, muscle definition doesn't show up without extremely low body fat, which isn't health for extended periods of time. Focus on being health, don't worry about your attractiveness.
