Hold it in your right hand, and visualize your intent, as clearly as you can. Then with your breath push from your solar plexus, to your right arm, down your arm, through your hand, into the psi-ball. Continue this visualization and push the intent until it is no more. Breathe out to solidify it. Release it.

Other things you can do in addition to this:
-Shape the psi-ball into something different, or something more conductive to your goals. Example, you want it to be a blessing so you make it look like a little cherub, or you want it to be vampiric abnd make it monstrous, or batlike.
-Sigilize your intent, A.O.S. style(the ''Remove the Vowel'' method if you will), place the psi-ball over the sigil, and in charging the sigil you would be putting the intent into the psi-ball. Also, when the sigil rises from the paper, see it entering the psi-ball, becoming it at its core, and merging intent with energy.
-Instead of letting it go, you can choose to put it in a safe, where it would not age. Such a safe would be made from another psi-ball, and shaped into a cube, and put around your aura, on your Logris, so that it can be released on demand.
