As far as I know, you can't delete spells or articles from the site. I believe only Publishers and the site Administrator has the ability to do so.

If you are a council member, I believe you can try to edit the spell or article and then it can have the edits submitted for approval.

If it's posted as an article, you can go to it and it should present you with the option to edit it under the article title.

If it's posted as a spell, I don't think you can. Rather, when I look at them I don't see the option to edit them (spells) so I don't believe it's possible.

You cannot delete, or edit a spell.
As for articles, I am not sure. :/
