the owner does not warrant that functions contained in spellsofmagic.com content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that spellsofmagic.com or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.
The names, images and logos identifying spellsofmagic.com are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of spellsofmagic.com. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of spellsofmagic.com.
Where you are invited to submit any contribution to spellsofmagic.com (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant the owner a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the Privacy Policy. If you do not want to grant to the owner the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to spellsofmagic.com.
Further to paragraph 10, by submitting your contribution to spellsofmagic.com, you:
warrant that your contribution;
is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to spellsofmagic.com for all the purposes specified above;
is not defamatory;
does not infringe any law
indemnify the owner against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by the owner as a result of your breach of the above warranty;
waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on spellsofmagic.com and the purposes specified above.
You agree to use spellsofmagic.com Communities (including Message Boards) in accordance with the following Community Rules.
Contributions must be civil and tasteful
No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour
No unlawful or objectionable content
No spamming or off-topic material
No advertising
Contributions containing languages other than English may be removed (Sorry French Canada)
No impersonation
No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names
Deliberate misuse of the complaints facility is not permitted
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Alberta Canada.

Basically. You can't do anything but post a comment and read others responces. And the owners can't break rules because they judge on what rules they break and if what they did really broke the rules... I don't know if I like that. Also ANTHING that happens to you on this site they're not liable for. Regardless of what it is. Even if you lose your job business hurt your self or anything because of them. I suggest you people seriously read this and take it seriously.

many of these rules are in order to protect the site and the administrator from legal issues...we do unfortunately live in a time of frivilous lawsuits. Pet is merely insuring that our members take personal responsibility for their actions and consequences that result from them.

I can not believe that this world in becoming a place where people do not want to take personal responsibility for their actions! If you lose your job because of this site you are the dumbest person I have ever had the displeasure to know of.
