First, sit or lay in the position that you find most comfortable. Then close your eyes and inhale a deep breath through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth. Continue doing that, and imagine yourself in a serene scene, such as the beach, mountains, waterfall, etc. feel all of the negative energy falling off of your aura. ¡HOWEVER! If you are meditating for an elemental spell, you do everything above but change your imagined place in correspondence with the spell. I didn't notice you joined the coven so, welcome!

I also really appreciate you beginning to post material too.

I would love to post content but I feel like I haven't learned enough to do so. THe only thing I am truly knowledgeable at is the theory of AP and how to get close to it.

I also cannot currently do much research because I have other commitments like my final years of high school. Hopefully next holidays I can learn heaps and finally get my BoS

Thanks, this is helpful. I've read that there are other steps to it, such as grounding. Is that still meditation?

Yes. There are many forms or meditation that have different steps. What I provided is basic and elemental meditation.
