what you'll need: glue,any type of cup or glass, belief,Cup or surface you don't mind messing up

Put the glue on the surface of something and then write on the cup or glass,NOW and smear it all over the cup after the glue is dry say "oh dearest god/gods/goddesses please hear my wish, i wish for my spells to work as fast as i blink, the spells only do this when this cup is near, so mote it be and blessed be!

I think it is important to understand that magic does not always work instantly. It will work in its own time and rushing it can lead to less than satisfactory results.

Now, while I understand what you are trying to achieve here I am going to point out a couple of things in terms of writing a spell.

You start out by saying you "wish" this would happen. That turns this into a wish instead of a spell and leaves open the possibility that your wish may or may not come true. A "wish" is asking a favor of the Universe, a spell tells the Universe to reshape itself to meet your desire. So when casting a spell your words should indicate that this is something you are commanding and that you know it will happen just as your words say.

Secondly, you are calling on Gods and Goddesses. This leaves out those persons who do not believe in the existence of Gods and Goddesses. And which Deities are you calling on? It is unlikely that random Deities with whom you do not have a relationship are going to respond. Further, the way this is structured, you are now making this into a prayer for the Gods to do the work for you. That is a prayer - not a spell.
