You aren't going to find anybody here who will help you with such casting, however, spells/castings with that intent do exist and work.

The catch here being you need to still stick with the mundane and go talk and work to resolve things the old fashioned way. Castings like this; you need to be practical. Wiggle your will to help bring things to a favourable outcome, but don't go all out, it's a waste of effort and energy.

If something isn't meant to be, it isn't meant to be. And in life, if something can't be fixed the old fashioned way to any capacity, then magic usually isn't the answer either.
