Posting photos on mobile

Merry meet! I was wondering if anyone could inform me if it is possible to upload photos onto my photo album on spells of magic.com. I'm on mobile right now and I've tried to upload a picture that follows the sites rules but when I press upload the page loads but it still says I have not uploaded any pictures. I've tried clicking to go to another page on this site and then going back to see if this fixes the problem but it did not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to recall from the desktop anyway that a delay can occur in an upload so this may be occurring in your case. If so it will eventually appear but the upload feature may not be compatible with mobile devices though I find that unlikely.

There may be issues with uploading from mobile devices. I have read such complaints here over the last couple of years.

The same happens to me but from my computer. I refresh the page and it always says I haven't uploaded any pic.

Photos uploaded must be GIF or JPG. I use an android and the photos that I take from my device, if I wish to use them here on SoM, I edit them and save a copy on my computer because my camera photos are PNG files. PNG files are not compatiable with the site when trying to upload through a mobile phone. Some photos are too big so when you go to upload a photo, your old one will be removed but you'll have the photo you had when you logged on for the first time. The best thing I can suggest if a photo doesn't work, is to find another photo.

Hi, I have had the same problem. My profile picture was taken on my phone as well. The best solution to this problem is plug in a USB cable to your phone and computer and just transfer the picture(s) to your computer then upload it on here.

As Div mentioned, it has to be in the proper format. Not only that, but sometimes photos are too big and need to be resized before they can successfully upload to the site. If your photos are not uploading, I would suggest resizing them to smaller photos first and trying again. If it continues, you can always contact the site admin.
