Please has anyone tried the spell to physically change body using the mirror and paper spell ? Does it work ?. what about spell to become more sturdy and stronger ? Has anyone tried it ? what is the result.

In conjuration it is always said to be dangerouse, What about if someone decides to conjure Angels, Is it dangerouse too ?
