1) This is a pure coincidence and you are only noticing the fact that you hated the place once it has closed. You are only remembering your dislike of a place when you see that it has closed down, connecting your dislike to the closure, there may be many other locations that you dislike, but remain open.
2) If you disliked the location, it may be that many other people disliked it too, resulting in it closing down.
3) As stated by the commenter above, you may be pushing out negative energies, these can manifest themselves, possibly leading to closure. Although not common, it may in some cases be strong enough to take effect.
i think that you just have some rare ability to have things do somthing to has you feel about them,most likley you're sending strong waves of negativity to that place
i think it's coincidence, your mind is filtering out the times it doesn't happen and making a note of the times it does.
granted, what you could be doing [in a small or large part] is unintentionally focusing negative energy onto the business/building causing the troubles to happen. [though i personally doubt it's 100% that as many things go into running a business and there is likely several things stacked on top of each other causing the closure]
magick is energy and intent, you should keep an eye on your emotions and thoughts as they could cause some energy to rub off. while it isn't as though you think one bad thing and poof you've cursed someone, think about when you're upset with a person/situation your heart races, you feel warm, you clench your fists, you get worked up, and in the heat of the moment might say/do/think things you don't really mean. now think about when you wish to cast a spell, you charge energy into your body, feeling it enter your body/space and flow, the items you charge with this energy grow warm, and as you focus on the desired outcome you yourself begin to feel different [happy, sad, excited, angry] therefore, it is totally likely you could get into a huge argument with someone, point at them and scream 'i hope you get chicken pox!' only to discover a week or two later they're sick. it wasn't your intent to cast, but without keeping your energy and emotions in check it can happen.
i suggest you keep an eye on yourself, though meditation and mindfulness [journalling might also help] regular cleansings and shieldings are also good ideas as well as daily energy workings so you can be aware of the energy and make sure you're not accidentally releasing energy willy nilly on unsuspecting targets.
