Fox Tales

So recently I have felt a shift or pull towards foxes. This happened right around the time I hit a spiritual wall.

I've tried to search for mythology behind foxes in various cultures. The vast majority of the information I found was from Japanese or Asian mythology and folklore.

Which is all fine and good, but I still would like to know of any stories or roles foxes have in other cultures and mythologies. The only other information I could find is questionable, as the websites did not cite their sources.

Any help, links, or recommendations will be much appreciated! :)

Okay, so I have 2 different types of Celtic mythology for the fox,
one is from an astrology site, which doesn't have a biography but I'll list it incase it seems useful to you: http://www.astrologyoftheancients.com/celtic-fox/

It says that Foxes in or are used as spirit guides, wise creatures who know the trees like no other and are known s tricksters, cunning wise creatures who are also seducers. It also states that when a fox appears the Celts thought that it was a sign of a need to think quickly and strategically, as well as employ cleverness and wisdom, and to adapt to situations. It also included that the Celtic fox meaning is to observe others and your surroundings while staying unnoticed yourself.

It says stuff about the Celtic mythology, as well as the Greek, Japanese and Chinese mythology, and it has personal stories from the author along with other meanings and information about the fox as well, but I will include a short introductory of what it says with the Celtic mythology.
It says that the fox was associated with passion and play because of its red fur, and that if the Celts saw it in real life or in a dream it was a message to act passionately about goals, needs and wants, as well as it meant it was time to lighten up and have some fun.

I really hoped this helped but I'm sure there's more Celtic mythology in foxes that you could search up if need be.
