Have you looked into getting a divorce? (Assuming you're talking about your own husband.) This really isn't a situation that requires magic to resolve it.

^^ agreed.

are we talking your husband, or possibly someone came to you with with question, there's a number of legal steps you can take, divorce and a restraining order, moving out of town, moving in with friends/family, womans shelter, documenting the abuse and pressing assault charges.

magickally once you've done all the legal stuff you can look into protection spells [protect yourself, your home, your car, your family/pets] banishing spells, binding spells, spells to help win a court case. if you choose to move somewhere far away there's spells to help find a home, find a job, grow your savings.

Sounds like lawyer time. If one member of the relationship withdraws consent to be in the relationship, it is over.

Move to a state where he doesn't need to consent.

I wish you luck, most of all, before you leave, make sure you have a suitcase with essentials packed, your identification and as much money as you can get together.
If you have to run and hide, you will be prepared.

Well one option is divorce. I don't think this is a topic that needs magic to solve.

If he's abusive, on the other hand, a spell, or a good talk with a marriage counselor.
